Shipping Policy
• Ready to ship in: 1 business day.
• Delivery timeframe: 2-5 business days for domestic US shipments.
• Expedited shipping: Available for 1-3 business days for an extra fee.
• International shipping must be completed within 7-10 business days.
• Sellers are required to provide tracking information within 12 hours of shipment.

Returns and Exchange Policy
• Sellers must accept returns within 30 days of customer receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Refunds must be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item.
• If applicable, exchanges must be processed within 1-2 business days, provided stock is available.

Seller Responsibilities
• Sellers must maintain a late shipment rate of less than 1%.
• Order cancellation rates must remain below 1%.
