Shipping and Delivery

• International shipping will take 7-10 business days, depending on customs clearance.

Returns and Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods, provided items are unused and in original condition.
• Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned product.

Payment and Fees
Payments are processed at checkout, and all transactions are managed by our payment processor.
• Any customs fees or duties for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

Dispute Resolution
• All disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of your location, and resolution will occur through arbitration.

Liability
• YachtWear.com operates as a marketplace. Sellers are responsible for fulfillment, and our liability is limited to the cost of purchased goods.

• Sellers must maintain less than 1% late shipments and less than 1% cancellation rates, as these are critical to maintaining customer trust and competitive service levels.
